Full-Stack Developer

Job description
You as Full-Stack Developer
get excited about complex technical challenges and building products that are actually used. Not demos that disappear after a presentation, but software that supports daily logistics processes for customers in retail, FMCG and supply chain.
You are an experienced developer who enjoys getting deep into the code. You contribute to technical decisions, but you do not need to be an architect. Your strength lies in building robust, scalable and maintainable software — with an eye for detail, performance and user experience.
Within Connected Load Carrier, you will work on applications where IoT data, location data, logistics processes and user experience come together. You will build features that help customers gain control over their assets, movements, availability and supply chain performance.
What will you do?
You will work on scalable applications that help customers gain control over their assets, processes and supply chain performance. The focus is on hands-on development.
More specifically, you will be involved in:
Designing, developing and maintaining full-stack applications.
Building modern, responsive and data-intensive user interfaces.
Developing APIs, services and integrations.
Working on applications where real-time data, maps and asset tracking are central.
Improving performance, stability and usability.
Writing clean, maintainable and easily testable code.
Participating in code reviews and actively contributing to code quality.
Thinking along about technical choices within existing frameworks.
Collaborating with product owners, designers and other developers.
Contributing to CI/CD, deployment processes and cloud environments.
In short: you are a senior developer who loves to build.
Job requirements
What you bring to own this role?
We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in full-stack development, who also understands that good software is more than just clean code. You think along, ask questions and enjoy working with others to arrive at smart solutions.
You bring at least:
Extensive experience with React and modern front-end development.
Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks and component-driven development.
Experience building data-intensive front-end applications.
Good knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development.
Experience building, maintaining or further developing component libraries.
Experience with end-to-end testing, preferably around front-end components.
Knowledge of UI technologies such as Shadcn/UI and Radix UI is a great plus.
Experience with modern back-end technologies and API development.
A solid understanding of software engineering principles, clean code and maintainable applications.
An eye for performance, accessibility and usability.
The ability to make independent technical decisions within existing frameworks.
A hands-on mindset: you enjoy thinking along, but most of all you like staying close to the code.
It is an extra plus if you have experience with or an affinity for:
GIS and map technologies such as Mapbox or MapLibre.
Cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Applications in which large amounts of data need to be presented clearly and in a lightweight way.
About us
At The IoT Provider, we build smart IoT solutions that make physical logistics processes digitally transparent. We combine hardware, software and data to help companies better understand where their assets are, how they are being used and where processes can be made smarter, faster or more reliable.
Within Connected Load Carrier, we focus specifically on smart load carriers: think pallets, containers, crates, roll containers or other assets that move through the supply chain. By connecting these carriers with IoT technology, we create real-time insight into location, usage, availability and movements within the supply chain.
Our solutions help customers gain more control over their logistics operations. Not with abstract dashboards, but with practical tools that allow them to better manage inventory, asset usage, deviations, return flows, efficiency and supply chain performance.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will therefore work on software that is directly connected to the physical world. You will help build platforms, dashboards and applications where IoT data, location information and logistics processes come together. In doing so, you contribute to digital products that help customers make their operations smarter and more scalable.
What we offer
Working in a scale-up: short lines of communication, lots of ownership and fast decision-making.
Collaboration with driven professionals who value substance over hierarchy.
Market-based employment conditions suited to the phase we are in as a company — read: scale-up.
A bonus of 10% of your gross annual salary, performance-based.
A Udemy account to keep developing yourself.
Of course, room for ideas, improvement and healthy technical ownership.
Flexible working hours and the option to work hybrid — although we do count on your sociable personality regularly brightening up our office too. We never make Brabant-style gezelligheid mandatory, but we definitely encourage it.
A flexible number of vacation days: as long as we deliver what is needed, a lot is possible.
A daily shared lunch where, for a moment, work does not have to be the topic.
Fun team outings, drinks on Thursdays or Fridays, and plenty of laughter alongside the hard work.
The option to participate in our bicycle leaseplan.
Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre or an NS Business Card.
And of course, we contribute to your pension accrual.
